Lernziel:
In this course you will have the chance to improve your daily English usage in and around the context of business communication.
This semester we will practice debating topics, negotiating, analyzing business, political and scientific articles, idioms and role playing.
Inhalt:
Themes:
- debate topics such as: global warming, fake news/media bias, childhood obesity, etc.
- communicating across different cultures
- cultural differences, ie. American and British English
- discussing different business related themes to improve spoken English
- Important grammar for daily use
! This course also offers the chance for you, the participant, to suggest we cover any work-related topics you may have and/or bring real life examples for you to improve upon.
